Step Beyond Development is not investor owned. Our center is clinician owned by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Every child receives individualized treatment specific to each child's needs.

Owner & Lead BCBA
Born and raised in Massachusetts, Amanda migrated down south to complete her Bachelors of Science in Psychology at the University of South Florida. Amanda received her Master’s in Counseling with a concentration in Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at Nova Southeastern University. She has worked within the field of ABA for over 8 years, providing autism services. She possesses experience in the areas of skill acquisition, positive reinforcement strategies, daily living skills, potty training, social skills, transition skills, self-management + coping skills, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Amanda takes pride in advocating for her clients and families.
Clinical Director & Lead BCBA
Catherine is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 4 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She attended Florida State University where she attained her B.S in Psychology. She then attended Capella University where she attained her M.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. Her expertise is in providing treatment to those with Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome and other developmental disabilities. Catherine is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. Catherine is passionate about teamwork, mentoring, and quality services. When she is not helping clients or training team members you can find her spending time with her fiancé, playing with her cat, walking on the beach, reading, and listening to music.
Mia is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She is originally from Indiana where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Development from Purdue University in 2014. While pursuing her career options she experienced her first ABA clinic and after a few short months, she realized this was the career path she wanted to focus on. Mia received her Masters of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis on Autism Spectrum Disorders from Ball State University in 2016.
Mia has been working in the field of ABA for over 7 years but has been working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities for over 15 years. She has provided ABA services in a variety of settings such as: clinic, home based, community, and school.
Outside of work, Mia enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and son, working out with friends, and trying new foods.
Ashley is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She was born in Tallahassee, FL and recently moved to sunny St. Petersburg, FL. Ashley received her Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from Florida State University. She received her Masters of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from The University of West Florida. Ashley has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for over 4 years. Her expertise is in providing behavior therapy to individuals whom are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She also specializes in providing early intervention as well as teaching individuals coping skills. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys yoga, salsa dancing, and scuba diving.
